為配合特區政府科技發展政策的目標,促進本澳科技創新,加大力度培養本澳科技人才以及吸引外地澳門人才回流,支持本地青年學者進入科研體系並參與成果轉化的工作,澳門科學技術發展基金(FDCT)推出「博士後專項資助計劃」。2021年,澳門大學共有7名博士後獲得資助。經過兩年的不懈努力,他們均產出了豐碩的科研成果。

In line with the SAR government’s policy of science and technology development, The Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT) has launched the “Funding Scheme for Postdoctoral Researchers of Higher Education Institutions” aiming to promote science and technology innovation in Macao, boost talent training in Macao and attract overseas talents to return to Macao, and support local young scholars to enter into scientific research system and participate in the transformation of scientific research achievements. In 2021, a total of 7 postdoctoral researchers from the University of Macau were awarded the funding. After two years of dedicated efforts, these postdocs have achieved fruitful research outcomes.

林嘉麗博士在澳大度過了她本碩博的求學時光,澳大見證了她在學術上的成長以及取得的成功。林博士的研究主要圍繞著兩個中心問題,“為什麼人類要努力追求和實現目標?為什麼人類要開心?”在求學期間,她主要研究教育心理學和積極心理學領域的課題。

2021年,在取得博士學位後,林嘉麗申請了FDCT博士後專項資助計劃並順利獲批。她表示,感謝FDCT和導師池培蓮教授提供的科研機會,使她能夠在澳門大學繼續進行與積極心理學相關的研究。如今的她,將關注點放向社會,專注於積極心理學干預及積極特質對自閉症家庭的身心健康影響,和青少年積極心理特質和心理健康,希望自己的研究可以在未來幫助到教育工作者以及家長減輕教養壓力,幫助孩子加強學業成就。

Dr. Ka Lai LAM completed her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at the University of Macau, where she experienced significant academic growth and achieved success. Her research primarily centres around two fundamental questions: “Why do human beings strive for and pursue goals?” and “Why do human beings seek happiness?” Throughout her studies, she focused on topics within the fields of educational psychology and positive psychology.

In 2021, following the completion of her doctorate degree, Dr. Ka Lai LAM applied for the FDCT Funding Scheme for Postdoctoral Researchers of Higher Education Institutions and was successfully granted approval. She expressed gratitude for the scientific research opportunities provided by FDCT and acknowledged her supervisor, Professor Peilian CHI, for enabling her to continue her research in the field of positive psychology at UM. Presently, her research focuses on the societal impact of positive psychology interventions and positive traits on the physical and mental well-being of families with autistic members, as well as exploring positive psychological traits and mental health in adolescents. She aspires for her research to contribute to the future assistance of educators and mental health professionals in reducing parenting stress for families and aiding children in enhancing their academic achievements.

Nana Ai: a representative of the postdoctoral researchers

在澳大完成碩博學業的艾娜娜博士,畢業後選擇了留在澳大繼續專研自己的研究領域。2021年,艾娜娜獲批了FDCT博士後專項資助計劃。在FDCT的資助下以及葛偉教授的指導下,艾博士全心專注於斑馬魚性腺發育研究,並取得重大突破。在此期間,她的研究成果在多篇SCI期刊上發表,為揭示魚類性別決定和分化機制提供了新的視角。這些發現不僅增進了對生命科學基礎問題的認識,也為生物技術與環境保護的應用開啓了新的可能。艾娜娜表示,感謝FDCT和澳大的支持,使她能夠深入探索生命的奧秘。

Dr. Nana Ai, who completed her master’s and doctoral studies at the University of Macau, chose to stay at UM to continue her research in her field of study after graduation. In 2021, she was selected for the FDCT Funding Scheme for Postdoctoral Researchers of Higher Education Institutions. With the support of FDCT and under the guidance of Professor Wei GE, Dr. Ai devoted herself wholeheartedly to the study of zebrafish gonadal development and made significant breakthroughs. During this period, her research findings were published in several SCI journals, providing new insights into the determination and differentiation mechanisms of fish sex. These discoveries not only enhance people’s understanding of fundamental questions in life sciences but also open new possibilities for the application of biotechnology and environmental protection. Dr. Ai expressed her gratitude to FDCT and the University of Macau for their support, allowing her to delve deeper into the mysteries of life.
