A delegation led by Liu Chenli, vice president of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), visited the University of Macau (UM) today (17 April) and was warmly received by UM Rector Yonghua Song and Vice Rector Ge Wei. The two parties had discussions to explore cooperation in the application of national funds, the establishment of research platforms, and the promotion of the transformation of research results.
During the meeting, Liu and Ge gave an overview of the development of SIAT and UM, respectively. Both parties agreed to leverage the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a platform to promote cross-border resource integration and foster an international and innovative ecosystem. Song looks forward to further cooperation between UM and SIAT to support the strategic needs of the country’s scientific and technological development.
In addition, the SIAT delegation visited the Faculty of Health Sciences, the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine, and the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, and spoke highly of UM’s research strengths.
中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院院長劉陳立今（17）日率代表團訪問澳門大學，獲澳大校長宋永華、副校長葛偉熱情接待。雙方圍繞共同申報國家項目、共建科研載體、推動成果轉化等議題展開座談交流。
座談會上，劉陳立、葛偉分別介紹了深圳先進院與澳大的發展概況，雙方一致認為要以粵港澳大灣區為平台，推動跨域資源整合，打造國際化創新生態。宋永華強調期待與深圳先進院深化合作，共同服務國家科技戰略需求。
代表團還參觀了澳大健康科學學院、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室及智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室，並對澳大的科研實力給予高度評價。
深圳先進院代表團成員還包括學術副院長許建斌、先進材料科學與工程研究所所長孫蓉、生物醫學與健康工程研究所所長梁棟、科研處處長喻學鋒等。澳大健康科學學院院長鄧初夏、科技學院院長須成忠、中華醫藥研究院院長陳新、研究服務及知識轉移辦公室代主任周建濤等參與接待。
