A delegation of the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province visited UM

A delegation led by Tang Bo, the director of the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province visited UM on 6 June and was warmly received by UM Vice Rector (Research) Ge Wei. A seminar was held to discuss the promotion of collaboration between UM and the universities and enterprises from Shandong Province in the areas of talent development and technological innovation. During the seminar, Ge Wei shared UM’s recent development and achievements in academic research and talent development. Tang Bo expressed hope that the two parties expand the current scope of collaboration besides the field of tradition Chinese medicine. Members of the delegation then visited the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI and the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City. Chen Xin, Director of the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences and Interim Director of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine; Wang Yitao, Director of Macau Centre for Research and Development in Chinese Medicine; Yang Zhixin, Director of RSKTO; Li Shaoping,  Deputy Director of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine; Ma Shaodan, Assistant Director of the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City attended the visit.

山東省科技廳廳長唐波一行於6月6日參訪澳大，獲澳大副校長（研究）葛偉熱情接待。雙方舉辦座談會，探討澳大與山東省高校及企業在人才培養及科技創新方面加強合作交流。會上，葛偉分享了澳大近年來在學術研究及人才培養方面的發展及成就。唐波表示，雙方在中醫藥領域已有一定合作基礎，期望雙方進一步拓展合作領域。會後，代表團參觀考察了模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室和智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室。中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室代主任、中華醫藥研究院院長陳新，澳門中藥研發中心主任王一濤，研究服務及知識轉移辦公室主任楊志新，中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室副主任李紹平，智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室助理主任馬少丹等亦出席了本次活動。
