He Junke, secretary of the Party Leadership Group, vice president overseeing daily work, and chief executive secretary of the Secretariat of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), along with a delegation, visited the University of Macau (UM) on 18 September and was warmly received by UM Rector Yonghua Song.
Song expressed his gratitude for CAST’s continued support for UM’s development. He also highlighted UM’s commitment to fostering its scientific and technological cooperation and exchange with the Chinese mainland, nurturing patriotic and internationally competitive high-calibre talent, and promoting the technological advancement and socio-economic development of Macao and the country.
The CAST delegation visited the State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicine, the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, and the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City and learned about their research advancement, the transformation of research results, and social services. The delegation spoke highly of UM’s research achievements in fields such as Chinese medicine, integrated circuits, and smart cities.
The two parties then engaged in in-depth discussions on further promoting cooperation between the Chinese mainland and Macao in areas such as technological innovation, science popularisation, and talent cultivation. CAST will continue to support UM in leveraging its research strengths and developing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into an international centre for innovation and technology.
中國科學技術協會黨組書記、分管日常工作副主席、書記處第一書記賀軍科一行於9月18日訪問澳門大學，獲澳大校長宋永華熱情接待。
宋永華感謝中國科協一直以來對澳大發展的關心及支持。他強調，澳大將繼續秉持“立足澳門、共建灣區、融入國家、走向世界”的發展定位，積極拓展與內地的科技合作與交流，培養更多愛國愛澳、具有國際競爭力的高層次人才，為澳門及國家的科技進步與社會經濟發展貢獻力量。
代表團先後考察了澳大的中藥機制與質量全國重點實驗室、模擬與混合信號集成電路全國重點實驗室及智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室，各實驗室負責人分別就科研進展、成果轉化、社會服務等方面作出詳細介紹。代表團對澳大在中醫藥、集成電路、智慧城市等前沿領域的科研成果表示高度認可。
其後，雙方就進一步推進內地與澳門在科技創新、科普教育、人才培養等領域的合作進行深入交流。中國科協將繼續支持澳大發揮科研優勢，融入粵港澳大灣區國際科技創新中心建設。
代表團成員還包括中國科協辦公廳主任蘇小軍、科學技術普及部部長倪志宇、科學技術傳播中心主任阮草，廣東省科學技術協會黨組書記、副主席成洪波，中國科協宣傳文化部副部長李芳、港澳台辦公室港澳台處處長趙金毅及辦公廳機要秘書陳誠。中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室經濟部部長劉德成、澳門特別行政區政府經濟及科技發展局代副局長翁年輝、澳門科學技術協進會執行秘書長吳慧群等亦參與訪問。澳大的中藥機制與質量全國重點實驗室主任陳新、模擬與混合信號集成電路全國重點實驗室主任麥沛然、智慧城市物聯網全國重點實驗室副主任馬少丹、研究服務及知識轉移辦公室代主任周建濤等亦參與接待。
