UM Research Ethics Review System Terms of Use Statement
Version 1.0
- Users should use UM Research Ethics Review System for UM-associated research and projects only.
- Users have to make sure that all contents he/she submitted and used through UM Research Ethics Review System comply with all UM policies (including the University Privacy Policy), and related Macau law and legislations.
- As UM Research Ethics Review System is a web-based system located outside Macau (i.e. Australia), data will be stored outside Macau.
- UM reserves the right to close user’s UM Research Ethics Review System account and delete user’s data when user separates or withdraws from UM.
- UM may revoke user’s access to UM Research Ethics Review System for failure to abide by this Terms of Use Statement.
- UM may at any time disallow, alter, or cease access to UM Research Ethics Review System or change this Terms of Use Statement at sole discretion.
