Delegation from Science and Technology Committee of Macao visits UM

A delegation from the Science and Technology Committee of the Macao SAR government recently visited the University of Macau (UM) to learn about the university’s latest developments, research results, and industry-academia collaboration. The delegation was warmly received by UM Vice Rector Ge Wei. The two parties held a meeting, during which Ge introduced to the delegation UM’s recent developments in research and innovation, industry-academia collaboration, and talent cultivation. Members of the delegation also visited the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI and praised the university for its development and research achievements in recent years.

澳門特別行政區政府科技委員會代表團訪問澳門大學，了解大學的最新發展、科研成果和產學研合作情況，對澳大給予高度評價。

代表團獲澳大副校長葛偉熱情接待，雙方舉行座談會。期間，葛偉向代表團介紹澳大近年在科研創新、產學研合作、人才培養等方面的發展情況，並表示澳大近年的科研實力和國際影響力大幅提升，將積極配合國家和特區政府的總體部署，持續提供更優質的社會服務，實現澳大整體水平的飛躍。

隨後，代表團參觀了澳大模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室。代表團成員表示澳大近年的發展和科研成果矚目，希望大學能夠繼續將科技創新與澳門社會經濟發展深度結合，同時利用橫琴粵澳深度合作區產業發展的政策優勢，共同促進大學的優秀科研成果轉化，為澳門經濟適度多元化作出更多貢獻。

代表團成員包括澳門特區政府科技委員會委員王堃、余成斌、李荔芳、何國濤、周家俊、周萬雷、倪明選、唐海松、黃承發、黃書展、楊美基、葉毓強、雷震和龔斌；參與訪問的還有澳門金融管理局代主席李可欣、澳門藥物監督管理局代局長吳國良、澳門人才發展委員會秘書長周昶行、澳門經濟及科技發展局代副局長謝永強、澳門生產力暨科技轉移中心理事長關治平、澳門經濟及科技發展局研究廳廳長龐啟富。而澳大模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室主任麥沛然、中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室代主任陳新、研究服務及知識轉移辦公室代主任王春明、智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室助理主任馬少丹亦參與接待。
